Jim Rineer is the Chief Executive Officer and resident Administrative Officer for R&D Enterprises. He has a life-time of experience in woodworking and construction along with years of working in wood and metal machine shops. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of all work centers at the 404 Parkview Lane Facility in Frankfort Michigan which includes R&D Enterprises, Cold Creek Rod Company, Crystal Canoe, R&D Charter Boats, R&D Boat Storage, and all Facility Resources.
