| Randy Dye is the Chief Operations Officer for R&D Enterprises located at 404 park View Avenue, Frankort, Michigan 49635
R&D Enterprises is the Parent Company for the new facility located in Frankfort Michigan. He is responsible for overall resource allocation and is tasked with mitigating issues between and within the four sub-divisions (R&D Enterprises, Cold Creek Rod Company, and Crystal Canoe) as well as the operational functions of the whole facility. He answers to and works closely with the Chief Executive Officer on administrative and financial issues and is a member of the Board of Directors.
