Matt Rineer is the Chief Human Resources Officer and a Member of the Board of Directors and is responsible for Human Resources at that level. His principle area of oversight is in employee training, development, and promotions. All employee training, development, promotions and pay increases must be approved by Matt to become effective. He answers to the Owner and the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
